This all-you-can-eat buffet in Thurmont is great on weekends, with ham and roat beef, freshly carved, delicious macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, complete salad bar, breads, puddings, and numerous pies. When you arrive, someone seats you, then a waitress comes to take your drink order and ask if you are here for the buffet. If you are (which nearly everyone is), she tells you that you can go whenever you want. The salad bar is long; the pie selection is amazing. The bread area is tempting.
